If you already own a lot or actually have a location in mind, then we can work with that. We want you to have a location that you will love for years.

There is a chance that you may have already thought about the floorplan that you want to meet your needs. If not, then you may work with our architects to create a custom floor plan or you can pick from a variety of floor plans that we have already created. Whether you are needing a casita, theater room or basement, we can build basically any element into your floor plan.

Our skilled interior designers will be able to help you to pick the right cabinets, flooring, countertops, fixtures, lighting, colors, etc. This is where you will pick the right materials and features that will really reflect your personal tastes and unique styles in your new home. It is during this step that you will be provided with a construction agreement that outlines specifications, details, and the budget. Now it’s time to do an inspection of your home with the project manager to ensure that your home was built the way you wanted it. This is where you will see the high quality of our work. Any concerns will be addressed and final changes will be made and documented.

The construction process is done and you will have the keys to your new home.
